SHIPPING:

SadityGalore will always choose the best carrier for your size package that will accommodate the quickest route as well at the best price! All shipping prices are determined by size of package and distance! Orders are usually shipped out within 1-4 business days unless stated otherwise in description, after that actual shipping for US orders should take 1-7 business days! You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please use tracking numbers to track orders!

Worldwide International shipping is available! Shipping times for international packages will be shown at checkout depending on destination!  International orders are usually shipped with UPS for faster shipping times vs USPS which takes 30 days but UPS charges tariffs! These must be paid for! You can not refuse a package & expect a refund! We both will lose out.

For items being shipped, SadityGalore is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once out of our hands and with postal carrier! Especially if package says delivered! If the package says delivered by postal service and you do not have it in your possession pls contact postal service used for further assistance! I do not mind assisting!

PACKAGES SENT BACK DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS:

If your package is sent back to me after multiple failed delivery attempts with the shipping carrier because it was undeliverable (this is usually due to an incorrect address, vacancy or a missing apartment number) I will contact you to offer the items to be shipped out again if eligible due to my discretion, only if the mistake can be corrected preventing this from happening again but another shipping payment is needed! If you have the choice to be refunded it will be for your items and your items ONLY! Shipping will not be refunded since it was used!

REFUNDS + RETURNS:

NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES! ALL SALES FINAL! We do not offer refunds/ exchanges to guarantee cleanliness in our items being sent out, accepting them would defeat the cleanliness we strive for! If your item is damaged in any way, shape or form please contact me ASAP to return & get it replaced or a refund issued! By purchasing with SadityGalore you recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances unless our wrong doing!
